A great combination for part shade, the soft pony tail grass drapes beautifully beneath the Painter’s Palette plant. While the Painter’s Palette plant does put out pretty red spike-like bracts, its true beauty is in its variegated leaves.
RECIPE:
• (1) Persicaria “Painter’s Palette”
• (3) Stipa “Pony Tail Grass”
TIPS:
• Persicaria plants require shade to part shade. Leaves will scorch if given full sun.
• The persicaria plant benefits from trimming when first planted to encourage more branching.
